JobDesCriptionJob Description: Strong working experience on Agile Methodology & project management, Experience working on complex programs involving the implementation of multiple systems and reorganizations ,Lead projects in accordance with our client’s project management methodology, Develop project concept documents, charters and detailed work plans, Coordinate and manage project activities and timelines using our client’s project management software solution, Workfront, and other key applications such as SharePoint and Word, Facilitate various project meetings and provide weekly status reports to key stakeholders, Ensure effective communication and relationships between customers and project team members, Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, Experience successfully managing IT and operationally related projects (system implementation, system conversions and system retirement) of varying size and complexity within the financial or investment industry, Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to handle multiple assignments, Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Quality Analysis and Production Teams.

Alternate Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics or Business Administration and 5 years of experience

REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics or a related field and 2 years of experience
SALARY: $74100.00per year
HOURS: 9:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M 40 hours per week

May also require travel to various unanticipated client sites nationally
