Document and analyze requirements to ensure cohesive to fit and functionality to provide optimized solutions for client’s business needs, Manage the SAP Activate Methodology for SAP SuccessFactors HCM applications, Develop work prototypes, testing, delivering and supporting configuration and overall functionality of success factors system, Collaborate cross functionality with other internal consultants to ensure cross-business, Act as SME and advising clients regarding best practices for configuration to meet their business needs, Coordinate with Onsite and Offshore team , Provide client requirements to Offshore team and doing the configuration validations from Onsite, Provide the Walkthrough sessions to customers and getting the signoff for UAT, Involve in SAP Cloud integration workshops and provided the inputs to customers, Involve in SOW and Presale sessions with customer and educating the Success Factors applications, Involve in E2E implementations in EC, RCM, ONB, RMK and LMS applications, Create RBP workbook and Integration workbook for EC, RCM and LMS application, Co-ordinate closely with customers and mapping the EC, RCM, ONB and LMS workbook requirements, Present the KT and UAT sessions to end users and educate the updated release features, Gather the EC Payroll requirements and mapping in configuration workbook, Involve in Integration workshops and provide the guidance on 3rd party tools, SuccessFactors In-App extension – Create MDF Object and expose it as OData service, UI extension on SAP Cloud Platform by consuming API from SuccessFactors, Mash-up extension scenario (UI5/Java Data persistency /Jam Collaboration / Roles), Integration scenario – SAP Cloud Integration / SAP Cloud Connector / Smart Data Integration, Analytical scenario on SAP Cloud Platform by using replication data from SuccessFactors , on-premise systems or 3rd party systems, Integrate SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors BizX by defining Authorizations and BADI’s, Involve in setting up the middleware and define the package size for Transferring Employee.

Requirement: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology,Business Administration,Electronics or a closely related field and 2 years of Experience.

SALARY: $85,509 per year

HOURS: 9:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M 40 hours per week

May require travel to various unanticipated client sites nationally.
